October 26, 2024 - Last day to request countries  EXTENDED to Nov. 25.
November 1, 2024 - School registration form due  EXTENDED to Nov. 25.
November 23, 2024 - School registration fees due  EXTENDED to Nov. 25.
November 25, 2024 - Last day for Early School Registration fee ($200)
January 21, 2025 - Position papers due (by midnight)
January 23, 2025 - Position papers turned over to readers
January 25, 2025 - School registration fees due ($250)  (late registration fee of $300 applies after this date)
January 25, 2025 - Final rosters due
January 25, 2025 - Student registration fees due ($50 p/p)  (standard registration fee of $75 applies Jan 26 - Feb 14.)
February 6, 2025 - Last day to provide info for program  (committee chairs and room #s, NCWA names, etc.)
February 14, 2025 - Final day for student registration (*If* we can accommodate after this date, the late reg. fee is $100 p/p.)
February 22, 2025 - Special competition submissions due in by midnight!
February 22, 2025 - Position paper winner names due to coordinator
March 3-4, 2025 - Conference (on FGCU campus)
